We welcomed two very strong U8 &U10 boys & girls squads from Corofin to Colemanstown this evening as both the home side & the visitors were fired up for the challenge and just don’t tell youngsters of this age that the game is non-competitive. Some foundations were laid in training beforehand by Jayo Finn and his management team of Gary Lally, Robbie Parker, Ronan Carr & Lee Murphy whose aims are to teach the basic fundamentals of the game and to teach these youngsters to have fun and most of all to enjoy the game. A much stronger & well coached Corofin outfit took control of proceedings from the start. However, everyone put in a tremendous effort with goals for Colemanstown coming from Eoghan Ryan, Shane Quirke & Thomas Mellody.
