Here’s an update on our state of the art new pitch construction progress: We’ve made significant headway in preparing the ground, laying the foundation & all the complex engineering works that come with the groundworks. Many thanks to Karol Curran, Headford & his super team for their meticulous attention to detail in the sub base installation. Thanks also to our contractors PST for their expertise & super execution of this project to date. The next phase involves installing the shockpad & artificial grass surface to make this pitch a reality.

The construction of this pitch requires significant financial resources and while Sports Capital Grant has provided very welcome but only partial funding, a significant loan has been granted, other monies have been raised through other fundraising, but there remains a shortfall that needs to be raised.
