The AGM of the club takes place at Colemanstown clubhouse on Monday next 20th June at 8pm. All players, members, underage parents and supporters of the club are invited to attend. The business of the meeting will be conducted as follows:
- Minutes of AGM 2015
- Annual Chairman’s report
- Circulation of written Secretary’s report
- Annual Treasurer’s report
- Team managers reports
- Election of officers & members of Executive Committee
- Motions
- Any other business
Motions to be considered for the meeting and nominations for Chairman, Treasurer & Secretary must be in writing, signed by a proposer & seconder and forwarded via email to Martina Donnellan, Hon Secretary at colemanstown@galwayfa.ie no later than 5pm on Friday 17th June 2016.
