Walking the Camino de Santiago is a ‘traditional penance’ and mind you, a true penance for Bernie & Catherine Burke & Cora Clancy following a weekend in Liscannor thanks to Cora reaching another birthday milestone! These ladies are currently busy training for the walk and breaking in their walking boots and washing hiking socks in preparation for this 70km walk over varied terrain. We wish them well on their journey to the France/Spain border to undertake this walk which they endeavour to cover over 3 days. We hope ye won’t be nursing any blisters. The few brandys afterwards will be well earned!
