Having won the U15 Div 2 league last season, our current under 16 team play in Division 1 of the Galway & District league in the 2019/20 sesaon. They play under the management of gary Broderick assisted by Declan Greaney & Philip Dee. Eligible players are those born in 2004 & 2005. Colemanstown United F.C. was founded in 1982. We are a community club run on a completely voluntary basis based in the heart of the countryside, approx 17km from ‘The Fields of Athenry’. The club is an integral part of our community as it thrives on fantastic goodwill and community spirit. We have underage teams competing from U12 up to Youth level (Schoolboys) and this season, for the first time since the clubs history we will have an underage girls team, as well as the continuity of adult soccer for ladies and men and an O35s team. Our boys and girls academies U6s-U11s are growing year on year and participate in line with the FAI’s PDP programme.
