Our 33rd AGM of Colemanstown soccer club was held tonight in the clubhouse. The meeting saw our condolences passed to the Finnerty & Masterson families on the recent sad and untimely deaths of David & Bobby respectively. The secretary dedicated her efforts from the secretarial position to the life, memory and legacy of both Bobby and David. The meeting saw the following officers elected for the forthcoming season:

- Secretary: Martina Donnellan
- Joint Treasurers: Adrian Burke & Kenny Duane
- Football Facilitator: Gerry Moran
- Website Facilitator: Martina Donnellan
A healthy discussion arose regarding all matters discussed, while it was unanimously agreed that half the player membership fee must be paid on registering for the 2015/16 season and the remainder to be paid prior to the first game of the season. No exceptions to this rule will be permitted. Furthermore, members who were not fully paid up for last season must firstly clear their outstanding membership fee before being entitled to play this sesaon. Affiliations must be submitted to the Galway FA office by July 31st and leagues and tables will be devised within 2 weeks.
The season format for 2015/16 is as follows:
Junior Leagues
Premier Sunday am Fixtures
Division 4 Saturday pm Fixtures
The above Leagues will be set at the usual times of 11am for Sunday games and 2pm for Saturday games.
Juvenile Leagues
The season will run with odds and evens weekends (not including cup or inter-league) based upon the Connacht/FAI/SFAI Calender.
Boys 12,14 & 13,15 will be played on Saturdays
Boys 16 & Youths will be played on Sundays
The above schedule may be affected if the Connacht or SFAI calender varies.
